Return Policy

We offer free returns or exchanges if your product is damaged or defective upon arrival and if we are notified within 10 days of receiving your item. Please contact us here www.hagagoods.com/contact for return inquiries. Once we receive your request, we will ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item before returning. Please allow at least 2 business days for a response.

Since we are a small business, we ask for you to pay shipping for all other types of returns with a 10% restocking fee and we must be contacted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in it’s original packaging. We will issue a refund once the item is received. We cannot offer exchanges at this time.
